the staff were incredibly helpful and available for any inquiries, making me feel right at home. the location, just a 5-minute walk from Holborn tube station, was perfect for exploring the city. the room was clean and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a desk, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. I also appreciated the little touches like the complimentary drinks and the comfortable bed. As someone who values convenience and comfort while traveling, I was pleased to find that the hotel offered great value set menus for theatregoers and early bird diners in Covent Garden, a neighborhood known for its shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. the proximity to popular points of interest like the British Museum was a definite plus. the free WiFi and washer/dryer in the apartment building made my stay even more enjoyable. the welcoming staff, central location, and comfortable accommodations made it a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in London City Centre.
